Today I decided to try something different: After stuffing my face full of Easter egg chocolate (already I know), I wanted to give a different skipping workout video a go, see the video below.
This 10-minute jump rope workout by the Jump Rope Dudes was perfect because it allowed more rests with variation in exercises. It meant I didn’t have to worry about timing myself for 10 minutes, and could keep my heart rate beating fast with high knees and push-ups.
The session felt easier, and I was even able to skip for the full duration of the circuits. I enjoyed this day the most so far, especially since I noticed that I’m less out of breath.
Whilst the scales may say I weigh more, I understand things can change daily and even hourly. Therefore, I feel like this aspect is something I shouldn’t worry about, and neither should you!
