For years I have struggled with anxiety, only to be diagnosed with a panic disorder and social anxiety disorder this year. It’s been a difficult journey with lots of bumps along the way, but I am finally learning how to cope and what anxiety actually is.

I think mental health is an important topic to discuss, and I hope by talking through my experience, it will help others speak out and remind you that it’s ok to have feelings – but sometimes our feelings can take over our lives! Knowing when to ask for help and who to turn to can be scary and difficult, but just know that recovery and taking control of your anxiety and mental health is possible!
