Greetings Pilots and Passengers!

There are many holidays that we celebrate and enjoy, from Halloween to Christmas, and we often partake in weird and wonderful traditions every year. An excellent example of this is Bonfire Night: We burn effigies on fires and set off fireworks to remember the capture and execution of Guy Fawkes and his co-conspirators.

But why? Why do we actually do these things?

To me, it feels ritualistic and is not too dissimilar from other ancient rituals and celebrations, including the Cremation of Care.

Fly High, Fear Less.
